Shan Beef Mattar

Ingredients
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Shan Shami kabab Masala 1 packet
- Oil ¼ cup
- Boiled tomatoes 3
- Water ½ cup
- Yogurt 125 gm
- Boiled peas 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Method
- Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince. Fry well till water dries.Now add 1 chopped onion, 125 gm yogurt, 1 packet of shan shami kabab masala, 3 boiled chopped tomatoes and ½ cup water.Cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.Now remove the lid, add 1 cup boiled peas, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.Fry well till water dries. Dish it out and serve.
