Shan Beef Mattar

Shan Beef Mattar


Ingredients
  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Shan Shami kabab Masala 1 packet
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Boiled tomatoes 3
  • Water ½ cup
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Boiled peas 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Method
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince. Fry well till water dries.Now add 1 chopped onion, 125 gm yogurt, 1 packet of shan shami kabab masala, 3 boiled chopped tomatoes and ½ cup water.Cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.Now remove the lid, add 1 cup boiled peas, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.Fry well till water dries. Dish it out and serve.
