Phal chops
Phal chops

Ingredients
- Chops ½ kg
- Onion 2 medium sliced
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Green chilies 8
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Black pepper whole 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Oil ¼ cup
Method
- Blend together onion, coriander, green chilies, ginger garlic, black pepper, yogurt, lemon juice and salt, marinate chops with this mixture for 2 hours, heat oil fry grinded mixture for 5 minutes till slightly brown, add in the chops, fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and leave it to cook until chops tender, serve with French fries.

POTATO CHOPS PEPPER MINCE AND POTATO CUTLETS
POTATO CHOPS (PEPPER MINCE AND POTATO CUTLETS)
Serves 6 Preparation Time 1 hour
Ingredients
½ kg fine beef or lamb / mutton mince
1 medium sized onion chopped finely
2 teaspoons pepper powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons oil
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
3 large potatoes
Boil the potatoes, remove the skin and mash well. Keep aside.
In a pan add the mince, onions, pepper powder and salt with a little oil and simmer on low heat till the mince is dry. Remove from heat and cool for some time.
Form the mashed potatoes into even sized balls. Make a depression in the center and fill with the pepper mince. Flatten each ball to form a round cutlet. Dip in the beaten egg then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the cutlets on low heat till golden brown on both sides.
Serve with Grilled Tomatoes or Ketchup

Shepherds pie recipes are traditionally done with lamb, but are great with any ground meat - turkey and beef being the most popular modern versions. Give this great casserole a try, and watch everyone flock to the table. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
3 tbsp flour
3/4 cup beef broth or stock
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp ketchup (or Kraft red pepper dressing!)
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrot, corn), thawed and drained well
1 1/4 lb gold or red potatoes, cut into large chunks
3 cloves garlic, peeled, halved
3/4 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Ingredients
- Mutton chops ½ kg
- Onion coarsely sliced 2 large
- Whole spice mixed 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 10
- Coriander seeds crushed 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 3 chopped
- Curd ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies 4 chopped
Method
- In a pan put Mutton chops ½ kg, Onion coarsely sliced 2 large, Whole spice mixed 1 tbsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, Cumin seeds 1 tsp, Ginger chopped 1 tbsp, Garlic chopped 1 tbsp, Whole red chilies 10, Coriander seeds crushed 1 tsp, Tomatoes 3 chopped, Curd ½ cup, Oil ½ cup, Green chilies 4 chopped, mix, cover and cook on very low flame till chops tender and thick masala left.

Fried Chops with Capsicum
Fried Chops with Capsicum

Ingredients
- Chops ½ kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Oil ¼ cup
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 3 – 4
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl mix together 250 gm yogurt, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 3 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp oil.Marinate chop with the mixture and keep aside for 10 – 15 minutes.Now put marinated chops in a pan with its marinade. Cook till water dries and chops are tender.In another pan heat a little oil.Add 1 chopped capsicum, 1 chopped onion and 3 – 4 chopped green chilies. Sauté a little.Now add chops and cook for a few seconds.Remove from fire. Dish it out and serve hot.
