Chocolate moose
Ingredients
- Chocolate 4 ounces
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Coco powder 1 tsp heaped
- Sugar 3 ounces
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
- Gelatin 1 tsp soaked in ¼ cup water
Method
- In a sauce pan melt chocolate with butter and milk add coco powder and dissolved gelatin, beat eggs with caster sugar till fluffy, add essence, fold in egg mixture with chocolate and gelatin mixture, also fold in the whipped fresh cream, chill until set, decorate with whipped cream, dust with coco powder.
