Hawaiian Beef

Ingredients
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Capsicum 1
- Spring onion 1
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
- Worchester sauce 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Pineapple rings 4
- Apple 1 medium
- Water ½ cup
Method
- Heat oil in a wok, add 5 cloves of chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown.Now add in sliced beef and sauté till its color is changed. Then add in 4 tbsp honey and 4 rings of chopped pineapple. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.Add 1 chopped capsicum, 1 copped spring onion, 1 apple cut into cubes, ½ tsp black pepper, 3 tbsp Worchester sauce, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, salt to taste, ½ cup water and cook for another 1 – 2 minutes.Now add 1 tbsp sesame seeds and mix well.Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in a little water, add to the beef and cook till sauce thickens.Dish it out and serve hot.
